Marcel Lejeune
CEO
Marcel Lejeune leads the worldwide Schuberth organization and brings a wealth of international business experience and education to the group. Prior to taking on his role at Schuberth, he led the commercial vehicle division of Siemens Automotive company. Mr. Lejeune hails from Belgium, and holds an Administrative Affairs degree from the University of Liège.
Randy Northrup
Vice President
As head of Schuberth North America Randy's role is to determine and develop the products, establish a team for sales, service, distribution, and marketing of the prestigious Schuberth brand in North America.
Randy developed his passion for motorsports in his youth. After earning an economics degree, he began his career in the advertising world. The Powersports industry beckoned and he combined his expertise and passion to successfully lead cutting edge companies like Jet Pilot, No fear, Icon and ScorpionExo.
Randy’s focus has been to build profitable relationships with dealers and sales reps in both dealer direct and distributor business models, personally visiting over 5,000 dealers and training hundreds of sales reps. His experience, reputation and work ethic includes expertise at all levels of Business and Brand Management, including; Sales and Sales Management, market research and marketing, product design and development, forecasting and budgeting, and business management. His knowledge of the Powersports industry has a focus on helmets and protective accessories for all forms of on road and off-road motorcycles and auto racing.
Sarah Schilke
Marketing and Public Relations Manager
Sarah Schilke is responsible for the marketing, media relations, corporate communications and product training. She has spent her entire career in the motorcycle industry, working for companies such as Advanstar, Hein Gericke, and the American Motorcyclist Association. Sarah holds an MBA in marketing and has experience living and working in Germany at various times throughout her life, giving her a unique blend of expertise in marketing, motorcycling and German culture and business. Sarah is the first woman to serve on the Board of Directors of the Motorcycle Industry Council and is an ‘Expert’ to the FIM Commission on Women in Motorcycling. She rides both on the street and competitively off-road and is a lifetime member of the AMA.
Mike Talarico
Technical Services Manager
Mike is the in-house helmet expert and certified Schuberth GmbH factory-trained Service Technician. He is the foundation of our customer service effort and is responsible for training at new Schuberth Service Centers. As a pioneer at Intersport Fashion West’s inside sales organization, he was responsible for implementing sales programs for premium European Helmets including the first wave of Schuberth helmets in the U.S. Later as Director of Customer Service and Training at Scorpion USA, he helped lead this new company to quickly take the 2nd place JD Power award. Mike has additional experience as the Helmet and Apparel Specialist at Parts Unlimited and rides on and off-road.
